In Review: Supreme Saturdays at Yauatcha City, London

Since the dawn of time, Saturdays have brought men and women with real jobs together to feast, Instagram, and drink their brains free of work week commitments.

Real job or not, it’s a tradition I endeavour to hold on to.

Catering to likeminded individuals, Yauatcha City just launched ‘Supreme Saturdays‘ – a luxurious lunch menu (served 12-5pm) of incredible value and quality.

Designed to be tackled by friends, family, and foodies en masse, the menu takes you on a journey through pre-lunch cocktails (mine lovingly replaced with a non-alcoholic version), dim sum of the fried and steamed varieties, mains, sides, desserts, a post-lunch cocktail (again, lovingly swapped for blue tea), and a half bottle of wine per person to get you from ‘A’ to ‘YAUATCHA!’.

It is a divine but obscene offering highlighted by their signature venison puffs, black pepper & wagyu beef dumplings, truffle pork belly rib, and very liberal dessert anthology.

The passion fruit mango dome (with white chocolate & coconut) and ‘chocolate pebble’ (Alto el sol single origin dark chocolate, brownie, and caramelised white chocolate) are worth the excursion alone.

Is it Saturday yet?
