I have experienced something of a learning curve while adjusting to life in Leeds.
Not to spoil my latest vlog (below) or anything, but now that I am ten months in, I thought it would be a good idea to employ the most Yorkshire-y Yorkshireman I know to help me share the lessons learned.
…you’ll learn how to speak Yorkshire ‘n’ all, petal.
I have reached a Youtube milestone (not a ‘landmark’, Video Lela) and found myself with 100 subscribers! It may not be a lot, but having only just started ‘doing’ Youtube, it means a lot.
It’s celebratory giveaway time.
To win a brand new Google Nexus 7 and slick black ASUS Nexus case, simply watch the video (below!) and follow the easy-peasy instructions.
For the first of many London Fashion Week posts and reviews, I wanted to throw together a mix of backstage and front of house footage from J JS Lee, Bora Aksu, Sibling, Holly Fulton, and more.
As LG‘s official London Fashion Week blogger, I was very kindly given backstage access along with time to hang out with the LG SteamTeam as they preened the designers’ immaculate collections to perfection (the perks of working with the Official Garment Care Supplier!).
Stay tuned for more sneak peaks (photos and insights and fashgasms, oh my!) as well as a preview of the Ashley Williams for LG partnership.
Enjoy the video (below!)
Vlog time! This week, we’re talking feminism.
To paraphrase the video; I basically wanted to do a little non-rant for you guys because feminism has been popping up in conversation quite a bit over the oast few weeks and I didn’t expect to be so surprised by the conversations I’ve had.
With almost half of the people I’ve spoken to, they’ve been either surprised that I consider myself a feminist or say something like ‘but not the lesbian kind’ LOL…
Please watch (and enjoy!) ‘How Can You Be a Feminist…?’, below.

I knew that the 48 hours Tiffani and I planned to spend in Paris were going to be all sorts of manic. Though I am by no means an expert, it was my chosen responsibility to deliver her an amazing weekend (after all, it was her first-ever visit to a language-diverse country).
After an eventful overnight coach trip from London, we arrived in Bercy and logged in to the Hotel Tonight app just in time to secure a fantastic deal for Hotel O (a gorgeous, central, and Pantone-hued design hotel).
The following two days were an unforgettable blizzard of adventure, carbohydrates, discovery, accidental seduction, Frenglish, and more.
But enough chat, there’s a vlog to watch…
