Leighton Meester Seventeen February 2011
That. Is. A. Lot. Of. Colour. (It’s okay, it’s Leighton Meester!) For Seventeen magazine’s impressively-styled February cover, Leighton is rocking a dress by her designer favourite, Versus. Among many other pieces from the Versace diffusion line, there is a gorgeous shot where she has her body on a pair of Nicholas Kirkwood for Prabal Gurung shoes, a Chris Benz jacket, and Milly shorts and top. Zac Posen PFW Runway Anne Vyalitsyna
Zac Posen caused a bit of a stir with his first-ever Paris show. While it puts me on ‘the other side of the fence’, I appreciated this feather-filled and supremely sexy collection. I was a huge fan of Z Spoke (his diffusion line) a few weeks ago at New York Fashion Week, and while his signature silhouette followed him to France, there were many more boudoir suggestions on show. I will admit it was a little bit lost in translation – mainly due to the fact that he was showing in the old Yves Saint Laurent showspace – where years of the most influential fashion history have taken place. Baby blunder. View Post
