Leopard Dolce Gabbana
If you didn’t already know, Dolce & Gabbana have a webzine called Swide. Tomorrow, fashion editor Yuri Ahn (and Co.) are e-sharing a print story titled “The Story of Leopard” which will trace Dolce & Gabbana’s affinity for the print since 1991. A special preview is below, lucky you.

The truth about leopard: we all wonder what the obsession is all about. Leopard is a fashion icon of its own. Therefore the mystery needs unveiling. The seductive yet dangerous appeal of the print has been a keepsake for Dolce&Gabbana since its debut with the FW91-92 collection. Who better than the designers themselves could give an insight? A family inspiration, a fashion tribute, or pure love. It might not need an explanation. Does love?

Roberto Cavalli Fall Winter 2011
Returning to his early days of chiffon in various types of animal print, Roberto Cavalli introduced a leopard-printed, tiger-spotted, zebra-striped war woman for Fall/Winter 2011. Since my everyday dress is a constant ode to heroine-wear (aka Wonderwoman obsession), I worship that Cavalli has created a neoteric, wearable armour and then draped it in metal necklaces. So much stood out to me from this man conquering collection – see the top five looks below. View Post

Leighton Meester Apple Store
A day in the life of Leighton Meester? Frickin’ busy. Take a look at her one-day-three-outfit roundup, starting off with a Giambattista Valli Pre-Fall 2011 look which she wore whilst attending a Soho Apple store ‘Meet The Actors’ event. On bottom, a trusty pair of Brian Atwood leopard ‘Lola’ heels.
Leighton Meester Jimmy Fallon
Afterwards, Leighton appeared on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” in an Emanuel Ungaro Pre-Fall 2011 look with black, strappy Pierre Hardy sandals.
Leighton Meester Nylon Party
To round it up, she stopped at a NYLON party for their February Issue (which Meester covers) in a Proenza Schouler Spring/Summer 2011 dress and Brian Atwood ‘Bettina’ pumps. She keeps it polished and interesting like no other.
