Guess what just arrived? Hailee Steinfeld‘s campaign for Miu Miu – and it completely rocked my expectation’s boats. The first look completely aligns with the represented Fall/Winter 2011 collection, and Bruce Weber‘s film-esque lens is a welcome change from the over-processed campaigns that Miu Miu have been edging away from. It is love.
Nicole Farhi was inspired by Christo‘s “revelation through concealment” technique, and her show at London Fashion Week was definitely a revelation. To me, it was all about the details; perspex belts, bodies wrapped in canvas straps, and abstract prints to ‘add a little something’.
