When laying in a window sill, it is important to remember to:
a) Wear heels. Especially if you’re short. It can be a big drop from the ledge.
b) Match those heels to a cardigan, ie. “Do not interrupt me. I am obviously intentionally cozy and have killer heels to protect that state”.
c) Bare some skin. Your legs could potentially get a trendy curtain-patterned tan.
Out of the twenty-six dresses Victoria Beckham showed at New York Fashion Week yesterday, I want twenty-six. The hostess with the mostest, Victoria said that her own style has loosened up quite a bit in her narration, and it definitely showed in the clothes. Opening with a draped parachute silk dress in ultraviolet that was knotted at the torso, we all just wanted more and more. My favourite piece was a shoulder-baring iridescent jacquard with ribbon straps.
At the Posh’s request, Brian Atwood made the show’s rose gold platform pumps to match her new Rolex. As for the new Victoria Beckham bags, they featured luxe materials, keeping boxy and minimal in a way that unsurprisingly reminds us of Beckham’s favorite Birkin. View Post
At Fashion’s Night Out: The Show, Blake Lively – front row seat neighbour and BFF of Anna Wintour – wore a Marchesa Resort 2011 Geometric Print Embroidered Strapless Dress paired with Christian Louboutin Bibi Platform Pumps. My dear best friend is probably slitting her wrists over the hairstyle. She isn’t a fan of Lively ponytails. (And with such gorgeous hair, why would she be?)
