If you’re a fan of America’s Next Top Model (which I, sadly, am), you have more of a chance of recognizing Vogue India‘s latest cover model than anyone in the industry. It’s Season 2‘s Pakistani/Czech beauty, Nargis Fakhri. Though she didn’t fare well in the reality show (see below), she is about to make quite a name for herself in Bollywood as Ranbir Kapoor‘s romantic interest/female lead in “Rockstar“. I adore colouring of the cover and love that nothing is in place to distract from her ethnic beauty. Wishing her a Freida Pinto-esque rise to success.
The flawless “Let’s Dance” fashion story by Patrick Demarchelier has made it into this month’s Vogue India. The shoot – featuring girlcrush Arizona Muse – was previously published in the June edition of British Vogue. The high fashion pieces from the likes of Dior, Alexis Mabille Couture, Atelier Versace, Chanel, Giorgio Armani Prive, Valentino Haute Couture and Gaultier Couture come from the styling genius of Lucinda Chambers, with Val Garland on make-up and Sam McKnight on hair.
