new school vintage
I can’t help but adore the sex appeal that an almost entirely ‘covered up’ outfit can radiate when paired with killer heels and cat eye sunglasses. Want the kind of ‘hot teacher’ look that gets dads banned from attending parent teacher meetings? Pair bespoke stylish frames with vibrant and bold patterns from Todd Lynn and you have yourself a winner.

Get The Look:
Red cat eye sunglasses, Cutler and Gross.
Black Leather Yoruba Jacket, Todd Lynn.
Olive Silk Jacquard Leopold Skirt, Todd Lynn.
Red Suede Paris Pump, Saint Laurent.

When laying in a window sill, it is important to remember to:
a) Wear heels. Especially if you’re short. It can be a big drop from the ledge.
b) Match those heels to a cardigan, ie. “Do not interrupt me. I am obviously intentionally cozy and have killer heels to protect that state”.
c) Bare some skin. Your legs could potentially get a trendy curtain-patterned tan.

Christian Siriano Fall Winter 2011
I just melt when I see black that isn’t boring. Christian Siriano pulled this off primarily with luxe textures and structures with outstanding tailoring and detailing. Siriano is a master of ‘fantasy wear‘ (not in the creepy LARPing way), and did not let us down with the injection of his killer heels from the long-standing Christian Siriano x Payless collaboration. This is a collection for the fashion risktakers ie. January Jones, Emmy Rossum and Leighton Meester. The top five looks are below! View Post
