The UK doesn’t exactly celebrate Halloween like our amigos in the US, but since I’m half-and-half and obsessed with music, I’m getting my kicks where I can. (Any excuse for a Spotify playlist, right?) It is a little more ‘True Blood gangster woman’ than ‘Monster Mash’, but with everything from Ice T to Marilyn Manson there is definitely something for everyone.

Spotify is one of those technological advances – much like Facebook and Twitter – that I feel I couldn’t live without. With an intensely musical soul, the power to have virtually any track of my choice available to me at any time (thank you, iPad app) is priceless.
For those of you who feel the same, I’ve decided to create a two hour playlist full of whimsical songs that I believe are very hard to get sick of. It’s a pretty eclectic mix featuring everyone from The Rolling Stones to Aretha Franklin, but great ear candy nonetheless.

Let’s go crazy* for the the latest fashion flash mob, staged by Moncler Grenoble in the main hall of Grand Central Station. For their Fall/Winter 2011 presentation, Grenoble started off by easing some of their radiant, skiwear-clad models in the rush hour madness. The models stood still as lead until the music kicked, a model mass danced out, and the theatrics began. While the Grenoble collection is no Prabal Gurung, they rank number one for fashion-conscious Winter Wear. Check out the top five looks below, along with a video of the show!
